Sales Return Policies
Return/ Refund/ Cancellation Policies
- No cash refund.
- No warranty slip no exchange.
- You must return Product to us in their original or equivalent packaging
- You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product.
- Additional fees may apply.
- If you fail to follow the return and exchange instructions and policies provided by Qube, Qube is not responsible whatsoever for Product that is lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale.
- The exchange of purchase items within two (2) days from date of purchase shall be allowed. In the unlikely event of sudden price decrease within the two days exchange period, the returned item shall be valued at a current market value.(i.e. current pricelist).
- Items that are exchange outside the two day period shall be penalized a restocking fee of 15% within the first week, an additional of 5% per week for the following weeks. In the event of price increases, computations shall be done on the original purchased price.
- Only items that have their complete boxes, CD’s and manuals in pristine conditions shall be honored for exchange. (Consumable items such as ink cartridges, ribbons, etc. that have been opened shall not be accepted).
- Items that have physical damage or warranty stickers that have been tampered with in any way shall not be honored.
- Purchased items returned within the two (2) days period will be subjected to a Php1000 assembly fee.
- Qube reserves the right to decline any return or exchange when deemed necessary.
Changed or Discontinued Product
- Qube’s policy is one of ongoing update and revision. Qube may revise and discontinue Product at any time without notice to you. Qube will deliver Product that have the functionality and performance of the Product ordered, but changes between what is delivered and what is described in a specification sheet or catalog are possible. Parts used in repairing or servicing Product may be new, equivalent-to-new, or reconditioned.
Limitation of Liability
- Qube does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including but not limited to any liability for product not being available for use, lost profits, loss of business or for lost or corrupted data or software, or the provision of services and support. Except as expressly provided herein, Qube will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party. The liability of Qube will be no more than the amount paid for the product that is the subject of a claim. This is the maximum amount for which Qube are responsible. Notwithstanding anything in this agreement shall apply even if such remedies fail their essential purpose.
