Delivery Terms; Shipping Charges; Taxes; Risk of Loss
- All items for delivery within Metro Manila areas are FREE of CHARGE.
- Metro Manila: Pls. Contact 410-7823 after payment confirmation to schedule delivery.(Metro Manila Only).
- Customers with items undelivered after the declared time of delivery will be given a 5% discount on their following purchase, provided, that certain circumstances arise upon delivery of an item(i.e. typhoon, flood, earthquake).
- Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale.
- Title to products passes from Qube to Customer on shipment from Qube’s facility.
- Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Qube is Qube’s responsibility.
- Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility.
- You must notify Qube within 2 days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged.
- Unless you provide Qube with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Product and Product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order.

- No installation of software, hardware and set up upon delivery. No, On-site services. Please check out our list of pick-up/service centers.
Delivery/Receiving Procedure:
- Confirmations of delivery address, contact person and time of arrival shall be made before transport.
- Surrendering of validated deposit slip is required in exchange of the purchased item and an official receipt.
