Audio
Realtek’s ALC655 AC’97 v2.3 audio codec provides six-channels of surround sound audio. XPC T 2100 systems with its six-channels of audio output can maximize a movie watching or gaming experience by immersing users in high quality surround sound audio. It also supports EAX, Direct Sound 3D and A3D audio algorithms for an immersive gaming experience. There’s also a microphone input to connect a microphone and take advantage of video conferencing or voice-over-IP software applications.

Chipset
The SiS 761GX chipset paired with the SiS 966L provides high performance for the value conscious user without compromising stability or reliability. An integrated SiS Mirage Graphics core provides high performance 256-bit 3D graphics with DirectX 7 compatibility and high quality DVD video playback.

PCI Express
A PCI Express x16 slot is available to users. The latest and greatest graphics cards from ATI or NVIDIA can be installed for improved 3D visuals and performance. PCI Express x16 has greater bandwidth than the previous AGP bus—up to 8GB of theoretical bandwidth for greater graphics realism and performance.

Energy Star
XPC T 2100 is designed to minimize energy consumption and meet requirements set by ENERGY STAR®.

An ENERGY STAR qualified XPC uses 70% less electricity than computers without enabled power management features. If left inactive, ENERGY STAR qualified XPC enter a low-power mode and use 15 watts or less. New chip technologies make power management features more reliable, dependable, and user-friendly than ever.

Networking
Fast 10/100Mbps Ethernet is standard on all XPC T 2100 systems. Users can connect XPC T 2100 systems to local-area networks or high-speed broadband internet solutions without having to open up the system. 10/100Mbps is also fast for transferring files between two networked computers too.

SATA
SATA II is a second generation serial ATA interface that allows speeds up to 300MB/s to take advantage of the latest generation of SATA II hard drives. Native command queuing is also supported for SCSI-like hard disk performance.
