Your
benefits from this agreement: |
| |
|
| A) |
QUBE will furnish labor and
replacement parts necessary to maintain the equipment
specified on this Extended Service Agreement in operating
condition |
| |
during the term of this Agreement. |
| |
|
| B) |
If service is needed because of equipment failure
during normal usage, QUBE has the option to repair
or replace the defective equipment with product of equal |
| |
or
greater features. Replacement products may contain selected
remanufactured parts equivalent to new in performance. |
| |
|
| C) |
If the equipment
cannot be repaired, or if parts are not available due to the
age of the equipment or discontinuance by the manufacturer,
equipment of equal or |
| |
greater features will be shipped to you. |
| |
|
| D) |
The warranty period
for product commences from the date of your invoice for a
period of 24 months, while the free service commences for a period of 1 year |
| |
from date of invoice. The warranty period shall not be
extended or reset if QUBE authorizes the repair or
replacement of any components, parts, or complete |
| |
products
by either QUBE or an authorized agent, and shall
continue for the remainder of the warranty period from the
date of original invoice. |
| |

| E) |
Service will be provided during normal business hours of
9am-6pm, Monday-Saturday (Excludes Holidays). |
| |
|
|
| |
|
| |
| |
What is not covered: |
| |
|
| A) |
Qube is not obligated to repair or replace appearance or
structural items, or damage, wapping or rusting of any kind to
the housing, case or frame of the equipment |
| |
or any non-operating part, or to repair or replace parts other than those originally installed during production. |
| |
|
| |
|
| B) |
This agreement applies only to the operating of the specified equipment, under condition for which it was designed, and does not cover loss or damage resulting from |
| |
external causes such as collision with an object, or from fire, flooding, sand, dirt, windstorm,hail, lightning, earthquake, an act of god, or damage from exposure to |
| |
weather conditions, theft, misure, abuse, normal wear and tear, damage resulting from failure, or improper use of any electrical source, or damage caused by the |
| |
electrical connection to other equipment not recommended for interconnection by the manufacturer of the equipment. |
| |
|
| C) |
He purchaser shall perform all preventive maintenance recommended by the manufacturer to maintain the equipment in operating condition. loss or damage resulting |
| |
from the failure to provide manufacturer's maintenance is not covered by this agreement. |
| |
|
| D) |
Not
covered are any costs for repair on equipment covered by a
manufacturer's warranty regardless of whether the manufacturer
honors such a warranty, any devices |
| |
consequential damages or spoilage of recording tape, or any other magnetic media including any program, data or setup information resident on any mass storage |
| |
such as hard drives, CD ROM devices, floppy diskettes, tape drives or tape backups, as a result of the malfunctioning or damage of an operating part, or as a result of |
| |
any repairs or replacement under this agreement. |
| |
|
| E) |
Not covered are costs of any design defects or repairs
required due to the inability to process or display date data. |
| |
|
| F) |
In no event shall
Qube be liable for consequentil damages or delay
in rendering service under this agreemnet or loss of use
during the period that the |
| |
equipment is at our repair center or otherwise awaiting parts. |
| |
|
| G) |
Replacement parts will be new or remanufactured. |
| |
|
| H) |
This agreement does
not cover application programs, operating software, or other
software, keyboards, mouse and other pointing devices,
monitors and
|
| |
displays, printers, scanners and other external devices and accessories. Qube is not responsible for loss of data or restoration of programs.You are |
| |
responsible to back up all computers software prior to repair commencement. |
| |
|
| I) |
Any and/or all
un-authorized changes or upgrades done to the computer without
Qube's consent will void all remaining coverage. |

This is a DEPOT SERVICE Only. You have to send your defective QUBE PC to our repair center. |

Depot repairs are performed by our factory-trained technicians, who repair your reported problem and return your equipment to factory standards quickly and |
| |
economically |

| |
Call (02) 410-QUBE to request service. When repairs are complete, our Customer Service Department will ship your product back to you via regular Ground |
| |
Service. Expedited shipping methods are available at additional costs. |
| |

What to do when equipment requires service: |

| A) |

Technical Diagnostics |

• Issuance of an RMA number as warranted by the previous process |
| |
• Be prepared to provide your original Invoice Number |
| |

| B) |
Failure to call QUBE’s Customer Service Department prior to product repair may result in a claim being denied. |

TRANSFERABILITY |
| |
• This agreement is non-transferable. |
| |
|
| |

• You may enroll at this program within 1 week from invoice date only thru registration by mail, phone or email, thank you. |
