Dual Core Processing
Intel® dual-core processing for enhanced performance and responsiveness for high definition video content playback. Also providing excellent thermal and acoustic performance to enable quieter operation.

Intel® Quick Resume Technology
Intel® Quick Resume Technology Driver (QRTD) allows the Intel® Viiv™ technology-based PC to behave like a consumer electronic device with instant on/off (after initial boot, when activated) capability.

Intel QRTD manages this behavior through the Quick Resume mode function on the Intel Viiv technology-based PC. Quick Resume mode is when the video output stops sending data to the display, the sound is muted, and the LED indicates a lowered power state on the monitor.

Graphics Power
Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 950 The Intel 945G Express Chipset also features an improved graphics core. Intel GMA 950 enhances the user experience with faster graphics, improved Microsoft DirectX 9.0 3D performance, and better video playback and quality. The increased performance enables smooth standard and high definition video playback. Built-in support of consumer electronic displays allows consumers to plug into native high-definition displays and output to either 720p or 1080i resolutions.
Intel® HD Audio
Intel® High Definition (HD) AudioIntel HD Audio is capable of delivering the support and sound quality for up to eight channels at 192 kHz/32-bit quality, while the AC’97 specification can only support six channels at 48 kHz/20-bit. In addition, Intel HD Audio is architected to prevent the occasional glitches or pops that other audio solutions can have by providing dedicated system bandwidth for critical audio functions.
